Why am I doing this?

 

Last year has been really tough for so many people. Bushfires, COVID19, financial stress, exams and uncertain futures!

 

But I think we all realise that one of the best ways to bring joy, gratitude and mental health to our own lives is to give, help, assist and contribute to the lives of others.

 

So I've chosen to make this event all about raising money for the Fred Hollows Foundation. This is an incredible charity and one that helps those in the greatest need within the principles of effective altruism. 

 

I couldn't believe that $25 is all that is needed to give sight to another human being!

 

So thank you for registering for the Viva Boot Camp and thank you for your support and generosity!
