The Fred Hollows Foundation is an important
charity that Paul and I support. I have been a Founding Member since 2000.
I met with Fred on a number of occasions; he was inspiring,
admirable and just a bit outrageous!
My brother in law, Mike Lynskey AM, was The Foundation's CEO for
13 years and during that time he encouraged me to join the Events Committee for
their major fundraising events.
More recently I participated in three x 55km Coastrek walks
raising funds for The Foundation.
The majority of The Foundation's income comes from private
donations – accordingly the ultimate gift you could give us is to consider a
contribution to the charity.
