Larapinta Vision

Larapinta Vision

Hello, I am Michelle, a kinesiologist living and working in Belmont, NSW.

On October 1, 2021 I will be joining a group of hikers from Caves Beach to walk the 233km Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory.

100 % of money raised will be used to support The Fred Hollows Foundation’s projects in over 25 countries worldwide and in Australia’s Indigenous communities.

"Many people stay needlessly blind because they live in poverty. In developing countries, blindness denies people education, independence and the ability to work – things which can break the poverty cycle."

Vision is a beautiful gift many of us take for granted and one that is synonymous with 2021. I have always admired the philosophy of The Fred Hollows Foundation and am delighted to be supporting The Foundation in this way.

Thank you for your support and encouragement.

Love is light,

Michelle Cowles

*Each participant is self funded.

100 % of the funds raised will go to The Fred Hollows Foundation
